CB Radio Sucks. It’s why I have a GMRS radio in the Jeep and so do my friends. It’s clearer and has more range than CB. I wanted one in the tow rig for when we are caravanning to an out of town trail. I installed this @midlandusa MXT275 MicroMobile Two-Way GMRS radio in my Ford F150. Fairly simple install.
I received a MXT275 GMRS radio and antenna from @midlandusa today for the F-150. I already have the MXT400 in The Mule. This will be for communicating between Jeeps/Trucks on the way to and from wheeling trips. It’s not as full featured or have the same power as the 400, but I shouldn’t need much of a range for the truck. I’ll be making an install video for this, too, so ya’ll can learn from my mistakes! 😂
