New machine day in the shop! Check out my YouTube channel to see what it is. 😉

The adventures of a Jeep and its driver.
Slow. And I mean Sloooowweee but steady progress removing 80 years of hardened grease off these motor windings.
Just over here polishin’ my knobs. 😉 No major progress on the K&T because of some other projects. But I’ve been busy removing a bunch of the hand controls and cleaning them up. The two power feed levers for the knee and saddle were bent and needed straightening. Plus a little paint.
Added 50,000 lumens to the shop. There were too many shadows. All of this is temporary until I get the ceiling finished and the permanent lighting fixtures installs.
Made a small change to my compressor setup. The compressor is in the garage on the other side of this wall from the shop. I ran some black pipe through the wall to give me an air outlet in the shop. I’d like to put in one of those air systems, but it’s not in the budget.
I hit the 1K subs mulestone on my YoooTooob channel! Yay! To celebrate, I’m giving some cool stuff away to a handful of subscribers. Go check out my latest video for details!
Absolutely beautiful baby smooth finish. Something about a shaper that is difficult to reproduce on other machines.
I completed the rehab of my Bridgeport vertical mill! I posted a video of the final pieces on my YouTube channel. I’m happy it is finally back together and I am able to put it to work!
